Begin by contacting your local dealer or distributor. If you need help finding your local dealer, please use our dealer locator below. Your dealer will often be able to assist with common issues, perform repairs, or organize sending your unit back to MSB.

Please include the following to help expedite the repair process:
- Product name.
- Serial Number
- Failure details
- Exact configuration when failure is observed (i.e. input used, source material, and other electronics)
Step 3
If MSB concludes that your product must be returned to the factory for repair or replacement, MSB will issue an RMA number. An invoice will be provided with all details outlined excluding the final price as the product has not yet been seen. This invoice will be emailed so all the above information can be checked and verified before sending.
The product should be returned with the RMA number present on the box. Any repair that will have extended repair times will be identified and you will be informed when it is to be expected. The majority of repairs should be shipped back within two weeks.
The following information should be included inside the box to help expedite the trouble shooting and repair of your MSB product:
- Product name and serial number.
- Failure details.
- Exact configuration when failure is observed (i.e. input used, source material, and other electronics)
- Payment instructions.
- Return Shipping instructions.
DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT TO MSB’S FACTORY WITHOUT APPROVED RMA. Please contact us with the below contact form to get an official RMA. If this is not followed, product will not be processed when received and can delay repairs.
